Prime Minister Narendra Modi is among the top 10 powerful person by Forbes. Russian President Vladimir Putin is number one spot after beating new elected US President Donald Trump. Putin taking the number one spot for the third consecutive year. Angela Markel, the German chancellor, remains the most powerful woman, at number 3. Modi ranks 9th on the Forbes list of 74 World's Most Powerful People.
