Trump signs bill to defund Planned Parenthood

President Donald Trump signed a bill on Thursday The bill reverses a rule made by the Obama administration that protected the specialized abortion clinics. Last month, Vice President Mike Pence had to cast a tie-breaking vote in order for the bill to be passed through the Senate. While supporters say the bill gives the states more control over their funding, President Trump signed the bill privately in the Oval Office without any media present.
