Smriti Irani car chase: Stalker students apologises to union minister. Few days back Union Minister Smriti Irani’s vehicle was chased and overtaken by four college students in Delhi. Now, two of the four college students who were detained have apologised before the media for their act. Both the accused stated that they were only making videos for their social media accounts and they had no intention to offend the union minister Smriti Irani. See what they had to say.
