Dalai Lama says, Human intelligence should not be controlled by negative emotions. Tibetan spiritual leader Dalai Lama delivered a speech in Guwahati. The spiritual leader laid stress on the role of the mind in creating positive change in world. "This wonderful human intelligence should not be controlled by negative emotion," he said. He also encouraged people to understand each other's religion to bring peace in world. The 14th Dalai Lama arrived in here ahead of his visit to Arunachal Pradesh.
