North Carolina lawmakers submit bill to ban gay marriage

Four Republican state lawmakers submitted a bill on Tuesday to make gay marriage illegal in North Carolina. The “Uphold Historical Marriage Act” will invalidate all same-sex marriages in and out of state if passed.
