Emma Stone responds to teen's viral La La Land-inspired 'promposal'

Emma Stone has responded to a viral 'promposal' from a high school student. Jacob Staudenmaier, a high school student from Phoenix, recorded a music video inspired in the opening scene of 'La La Land,' in which he asked Emma Stone to be his date. Jacob appeared in Good Morning America, where he shared Emma Stone's reply to the viral invitation. "JACOB, thanks for making the greatest proposal I've ever received," reads Stone's letter. "I can't tell you what an honor that was and how much I smiled through that entire beautifully orchestrated video. I'm in London working, but I hope you have the best time at prom, and I'm grateful you thought of me. THANK YOU. P.S. I do see Gosling around the eyes. Love, Emma."
