Blac Chyna Banned From Using 'Kardashian' Name Professionally
  • 7 years ago
You won’t see Blac Chyna Kardashian popping up as a brand anytime soon.

According to the New York Post’s Page Six, Kim, Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian put the kibosh on potential sister-in-law Blac Chyna ever using the Kardashian name to brand her business.

While their brother, Rob, is apparently still trying to be romantically involved with his baby mama, they don’t want her using the famous name professionally.

In fact, Page Six reports that legal documents claim they believe Chyna’s usage of the name would cause the brand to “suffer damage including irreparable injury to their reputation and goodwill.” Yikes.

Apparently this is a surprise to Chyna and her team… People magazine reports that Chyna’s attorney says, “Everything has been fantastic between her and the family to the best of my knowledge, so this is a shock… Thus, I’m under the belief that it’s a misunderstanding.”

Then again… Chyna keeps ducking in and out of her relationship with their brother, and has another child with their sister’s boyfriend, Tyga, so it’s not surprising that things are a little complicated.
