Bar Refaeli, who gave birth to her first child last summer, is pregnant again. The Israeli model, 31, announced her happy news on Instagram, early Tuesday showing her baby bump with the caption: “Something’s cooking…” Bar and businessman husband Adi Ezra welcomed their first child together, daughter Liv, in August last year.
