France and US say they won't join UN nuclear neogitations

More than 100 countries launch unprecedented negotiations on a treaty banning nuclear weapons, with the aim of reducing the risk of atomic war. But nuclear-armed powers, the US and France in the lead, refused to participate saying they would continue to rely on nuclear deterrence to ensure security and stability.
