Impressive HD footage, filmed on a drone camera, of a large black marlin taking a fishing boat's lure instead of the mackerel they were actually fishing for.

The video, filmed on March 22 off the Gove Peninsula in Australia, shows the large fish appear near the surface for a few seconds as it takes the lure.

The filmer later wrote online: "While trying to get footage with the drone of trolling for Spanish Mackerel we had a large Black Marlin come up and take the lure instead."
