A man in Florida is facing charges after he was reportedly seen setting a table in the middle of a busy street and eating pancakes.

While most people try to cross an intersection as quickly as possible, one man reportedly decided to set a table in the middle of a street and eat pancakes.
That bizarre scene unfolded at a crosswalk in Florida on March 21.
A Facebook post by the Lakeland Police Department described a call in which "the caller stated the subject was sitting in a chair with a small 'TV' table in front of him eating what appeared to be pancakes. Responding officers were unable to locate the subject and determined that he had left the area prior to their arrival."
However, based on videos posted on social media, the man was identified as 21-year-old Kiaron Thomas who told authorities it was meant to be a prank.
Many didn't think the act was funny.
According to the police department, the suspect's "actions prevented vehicles from moving and created an obstruction. Thomas was charged with: Placing an Obstruction in the Roadway and Disrupting the free flow of traffic."
