'Prove you are leaders of Europe,' Tusk tells Rome summit

European Union leaders renew their vows on the 60th anniversary of the troubled bloc's founding treaties at a special summit in Rome designed to show unity despite Britain's looming divorce. EU President Donald Tusk called for leadership to steer Europe out of crisis while Italian Prime Minister Paolo Gentiloni called on the bloc to keep evolving or face the tide of public opinion seen in the UK.
