Two Uber executives have resigned

Uber's president of ride-sharing, Jeff Jones, and the VP of maps and business platform, Brian McClendon, have both announced their departure of the company. Jones' departure was first reported by Recode and effective immediately, while McClendon's was reported by the New York Times and will begin on March 28. Jones told Recode in a statement While Jones' decision to leave shocked the company, McClendon's has been in the works for some time and is leaving Uber on good terms. He will continue as an advisor to the company. McClendon and Jones are just two of the seven executives that have left the company in recent months.
