China's president, Rex Tillerson urge cooperation during meeting

China's President Xi Jinping and Secretary of State Rex Tillerson ended their meeting on a positive note, urging cooperation between the two nations. Xi told Tillerson that there are more shared interests between the U.S. and China than there are disputes or conflicts. The meeting took place only hours after North Korea reportedly claimed success in testing a rocket engine. Initially, it was believed that Tillerson would confront Xi regarding China's relationship with North Korea. Tillerson also made visits to Japan and South Korea during his Asia trip.
