Students are in shock the day after a man opened fire on their high school in the southern French town of Grasse. A 16-year-old pupil was arrested with a cache of weapons after the shooting that left four people slightly injured, investigators say. The shooting is not being seen as a terror attack. Neighbours describe the suspect as 'very polite.'
