European court rules workplace headscarf ban is legal

In the first case of its kind, the European Court of Justice (ECJ) has "ruled that employers are allowed to ban employees from wearing visible religious, political and philosophical symbols in the workplace":http://curia.europa.eu/jcms/upload/do....
