Justice department asks for deadline extension for wiretap proof

The Department of Justice has asked for a deadline extension to collect evidence supporting President Trump's claim that he was wiretapped. The House Intelligence Committee initially set Monday as the deadline to provide evidence, according to CNN. Trump has not provided any evidence Kellyanne Conway further expanded the allegations on Sunday when she suggested Trump was spied on through televisions and microwaves. Barack Obama publicly denied the claims through his spokesperson.
