Nike makes hijab for Muslim athletes

Nike Inc will sell a hijab for female Muslim athletes, the first sports apparel company to do so. The hijab will be made from a lightweight, flexible material and will be available for purchase in early 2018. Nike’s new “Pro Hijab” brand was made for the company's expansion into the Middle East. Before the announcement, Nike tested the product on female Muslim athletes like Amna Al Haddad, an Olympic weight lifter from the United Arab Emirates. Nike sponsored weightlifter Amna Al Haddad
