Truck smashes into snowmobile during snowstorm in Canada

Shocking footage has emerged from Canada of a truck crashing into a snowmobile rider, who had stopped to provide assistance to stranded motorists on the snow-covered Highway 1.
The video was captured on a motorist's dashcam west of Brandon, Manitoba on Tuesday, and it shows the terrifying moment Bob Scott was ploughed into by the "semi-trailer."
Mr Scott and a second snowmobiler were delivering fuel, food and blankets to drivers trapped on the road during a snowstorm.
The second snowmobiler was thrown into a ditch at the side of the highway, but Mr Scott suffered a broken arm and broken leg.
Fortunately, his injuries were not fatal, and he is now recovering in hospital.
