What's up doc: New streaming service for Looney Tunes

Turner and Warner Bros. are launching a new streaming service, Boomerang, for their animated shows. Boomerang is an expansion of the cable network that began in 2000, which aired animated shows for 24 hours. The service will offer over 5,000 cartoons Subscribers can sign up for $5 a month or can do $40 for a year. It will be powered by DramaFever technology and will be available online and on mobile devices such as iOS and Android.
