ADNAN OKTAR: The Mahdi movement cannot be formed as a project; in other words, one cannot form the Mahdi movement by founding television channels, opening schools or carrying out coups by infiltrating the army. The Mahdi movement can only be formed by reigning over people's hearts through pure love, through love and fear of God. It is the spread, the reign of faith over, and the imbuement of faith and the love of God in people's hearts, which occurs in miracles through the special help of God. The chorus of their voices rising against Mahdi is in fact the sign that the time of Mahdi's appearance has come. There is no example of such a huge, united uprising against Mahdi in the 1400-year-old history of Islam. For example, the members of the Ahmadiyya say, "the time of Mahdi has come and gone, so never broach this subject."
