Agong: Gov't preparing action plan to strenghten national unity

The government is preparing an action plan to strengthen national unity and integration, said the Yang diPertuan Agong Sultan Muhammad V.
Speaking at the opening of the first Parliament meeting of 2017 today, Sultan Muhammad said Malaysians should not be complacent with existing efforts to foster unity.
His Majesty added that while it is not wrong to have differences in opinion, it is paramount that we resort to the right channels, without letting outsiders interfere with domestic affairs.
