China cuts economic growth target for 2017

China's Premier Li Keqiang has warned of a further slowdown in economic growth this year. Addressing the annual National People's Congress, he said the 2017 growth target would drop to 6.5 percent, compared with the 2016 goal of 6.5-7 percent.
