Samsung chief Lee Jae-yong indicted on bribery, embezzlement

Samsung's Lee Jae-yong will be indicted on charges of bribery and embezzlement, according to prosecutors. South Korea's special prosecutor on the case said that four other company members will also be charged. The case is tied to the impeachment of the country's president Park Geun-hye. The company is accused of allegedly giving donations to non-profits operated by Choi Soon-sil, a friend of the former president, in exchange for government favors. Jae-yong allegedly gave $36 million linked to Soon-sil's organizations.
