I saw the man with the flag exit a parking garage and start walking towards the students on the north side of the street. Just a few minutes passed when the black gentleman tried to grab the flag. In the second video of the arrest you can see the Charleston police chief Greg Mullen. The man who was arrested is Muhiyidin d'Baha."
