Hilary Duff’s ex-husband and baby daddy Mike Comrie is under investigation by the LAPD after a woman claimed he raped her.
According to reports, Comrie met the woman at a bar over the weekend and they went back to his LA condo.
After the alleged incident, the woman left and immediately went to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center to have a rape kit performed.
Mike is claiming the sex was consensual and sources close to him say he’s known the women for a while.
