Man appears to shout racist abuse at commuter on the Tube

Footage has emerged of what appears to be a man shouting racist abuse at a fellow commuter on the London Underground, UK.
The video, shot by a commuter on the Hammersmith and City line near Bow Road station on Thursday, shows a man standing in the middle aisle seemingly telling another man he doesn't belong to the UK.
According to the filmer, he previously told him to "go back to [his] own country" and called him a "foreign scum".
