Comedian Chelsea Handler has mocked President Trump by posing in front of the White House with two men holding several Nordstrom shopping bags.
Comedian Chelsea Handler has mocked President Trump’s criticism of Nordstrom by posting images of herself and two men holding the retailer's shopping bags with the White House in the background.
On Thursday, she posted one of the images of the trio on Instagram with the message, “A Jew and a Gay went to pick a Muslim up from the airport, headed straight to Nordstrom, and then headed over to @whitehouse to give our thanks!”
She also released a similar photo on Twitter with the message, “A Gay, a Muslim, and a Jew hit Nordstrom and then hit @WhiteHouse to give the finger to @realDonaldTrump.”
Hours prior, she had tweeted, “Trump says his daughter has been treated ‘so unfairly’ by Nordstrom. Oh, was she detained for 19 hours when she tried to enter the store?”
Her criticisms are in response to Trump blasting the retailer for dropping his daughter Ivanka’s product line from their stores.
On Wednesday, the president tweeted, “My daughter Ivanka has been treated so unfairly by @Nordstrom. She is a great person — always pushing me to do the right thing! Terrible!”
