Demi Lovato's $8.3M Home Effected by Landslide

Demi Lovato is successful enough to own an $8.3 million dollar home in Los Angeles, but unfortunately she can’t even move in due to lousy weather.
The New York Post’s Page Six reports that Demi’s home has been affected by a 20 ton landslide that has blocked her driveway. It’s so bad, that the property is apparently deemed “unfit for occupancy” now.
Luckily Demi wasn’t moved into the home when it was hit by the natural disaster, because it likely would have stranded her and buried any cars she had parked in her driveway.
According to Page Six, five neighbors had to be evacuated and the entire area lost power.
Fortunately, Demi wasn’t there when this took place and well… She’ll have to evaluate whether or not moving into a house in the landslide prone Laurel Canyon is worth it.
