As the issue of banning Pakistani artist working in Indian is still refused to die, veteran actor Rishi Kapoor at the Tata Steel Kolkata Literary Meet said, it was unfair to suddenly ban artists from Pakistan and there should be a cut-off date on such orders for film productions to fall in line.
