Elon Musk is getting serious about digging a tunnel under Los Angeles

Elon Musk wants to build a tunnel to cut down on traffic in Los Angeles — and it looks like he's actually going to make it happen. The cofounder of PayPal and current CEO of SpaceX and Tesla Motors first mentioned his plans in December. "Traffic is driving me nuts. Am going to build a tunnel boring machine and just start digging," he tweeted at the time, adding, "it shall be called 'The Boring Company.'"
