At least two Canadian protestors heading to the Women's March on Washington said they were turned away at the U.S. border. While many Canadians were allowed entry, a handful of people were denied and some reported being questioned before being allowed into the U.S. According to news reports, border patrol questioned participants regarding their intentions to attend the DC march and searched their phones. Hundreds of Canadians reportedly traveled to the U.S. this weekend to participate in the Washington rally.
