The "SAG awards", awarded by Hollywood's powerful actors union, are statuettes representing an actor and his mask. About 60 bronze statuettes are made every year in Burbank, near Los Angeles. The "SAG" ceremony, considered "a rehearsal in the run up to the Oscars, will take place on 29 January.
