Paris, Brussels, Berlin: Europe's law enforcement agency Europol is in the spotlight after repeated terrorist attacks in Europe. The latest incident in Berlin is a "sad reminder that we are dealing with thousands of potential highly radicalized individuals who could carry out those kind of attacks," Europol director Rob Wainwright tells Tim Sebastian on Conflict Zone.
