Everything you need to know about the 43rd People's Choice Awards

The People's Choice Awards 2017 take place Weds., Jan. 18th, 2017 at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles. The show will be broadcast live on CBS from 9 p.m.-11 p.m. ET. Joel McHale will host this year's show after previously hosting the 2015 ESPY Awards and The White House Correspondents’ Association Dinner in 2014. Fifth Harmony will perform for the first time without Camila Cabello, who departed the group last month. Country star Blake Shelton is also set to perform. Captain America: Civil War is the most nominated movie with seven nods, while Grey’s Anatomy is the most nominated TV show with five chances. Morning show icon Ellen DeGeneres can make history and become the most decorated People’s Choice Awards winner of all time if she wins just one of the three awards she's nominated for. DeGeneres has already collected 17 awards.
