The LA Rams have hired Sean McVay as their new head coach

The Los Angeles Rams hired Redskins offensive coordinator Sean McVay as their new head coach. McVay becomes the second youngest head coach in league history, only turning 31 on January 24th. The Rams liked McVay so much that they hired him over early favorite Kyle Shannahan, who didn't even get an interview. McVay has spent three years as the Redskins OC, tallying the fifth-most yards in the league during that span.
