In the rain, we headed to the finish point of the torch relay. Strange to say, the police divided the Chinese and Tibet supporters, explaining that they would lead us later to the torch. It was a lie.
All Tibet supporters were impounded in an empty area outside the park of the goal far from the torch. We were surrounded by tens of policemen. We were so far from the torch that our voice would not even reach. Hundreds of Tibet supporters could not help but shout to the police with the eyes full of tears. The Reporters Without Borders were also among us. Mr Robert Menard was being interviewed by the media. (See video)
