Coen brothers to debut first TV series 'The Ballad of Buster Scruggs'

The Coen brothers are preparing for their first television series called "The Ballad of Buster Scruggs." The show, which will be set in the Old West, will be written and directed by Joel and Ethan Coen. American Hustle producer Megan Ellison and Annapurna Television's Sue Neagle are executive producers on the upcoming miniseries. "We are very excited to be working with Megan and Sue on this project," the duo said in a statement. Reports indicate that the show was initially too long to be a feature film and was flipped into a miniseries instead.
