On Friday, Donald Trump slammed 'Celebrity Apprentice' host Arnold Schwarzenegger over relatively weak ratings.

Monday night's premiere of NBC's 'The Celebrity Apprentice' with Arnold Schwarzenegger as the new host drew relatively weak ratings.
According to Entertainment Weekly, it "...delivered 4.9 million viewers and a 1.3 rating among adults 18-49 on Monday night. That’s down a steep 44 percent in the ratings compared to the reality show’s previous opener back in 2015 ."
Reacting to the show's performance, President-elect Donald Trump tweeted on Friday, "Wow, the ratings are in and Arnold Schwarzenegger got 'swamped' (or destroyed) by comparison to the ratings machine, DJT. So much for being a movie star-and that was season 1 compared to season 14. Now compare him to my season 1. But who cares, he supported Kasich & Hillary."
Back in October, Schwarzenegger had released a statement, signaling his intent to not support Trump. He noted, in part, "as proud as I am to label myself a Republican, there is one label that I hold above all else — American. So I want to take a moment today to remind my fellow Republicans that it is not only acceptable to choose your country over your party — it is your duty.”
