On New Year’s day, she tweeted a link about a project where Trump’s alleged past words about women were painted on female bodies and stated, “DT IS MENTALLY ILL.”
Earlier that day, O’Donnell posted a story about a Trump biographer allegedly getting kicked off from one of the president-elect’s golf courses and included the message, “DONALD TRUMP IS MENTALLY UNSTABLE. LESS THAN 3 WEEKS TO STOP HIM AMERICA.”
When a user named MaximusPPC asked her how she planned to stop him, she clarified by writing, “not me max - WE THE PEOPLE #RESISTANCE.”
The prior day, O’Donnell had also posted a link about the U.S. Office of Government Ethics expressing its enthusiastic support for Trump divesting from his businesses and wrote, “DONALD TRUMP IS A SICK MAN.”
Her other recent tweets include calling Trump a criminal and indicating democracy will die once he takes office.
According to CNN, O’Donnell’s war of words with Trump has continued throughout the past 10 years.
