North Korea's Kim Jong Un hinted that he intends to conduct a test-launch of an intercontinental ballistic missile. In his New Year’s address, the leader said that the preparations for launching an intercontinental ballistic missile are almost done. Kim also noted that this is the next step after testing what North Korea claims was its first hydrogen bomb only a year ago. The leader reiterated that there will be no change in the North’s nuclear policy, unless the U.S. initiates a conciliatory move.
