Obama will to head to Capitol Hill to meet with House and Senate Democrats to determine a strategy that would block the Republican aims to repeal the Affordable Care Act. Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell has made it clear that repealing Obamacare was the first item on the agenda for the new Congress in 2017 and President-elect Donald Trump has called for the program to be repealed and replaced.
