The Phoenix project was launched in Copenhagen in 1996 and it sought to position art at the heart of exchange and dialogue between different components of European society.
Workshops and artistic events were used to build up and develop the relationship between citizens, younger generations, cultural organisers, politicians, teachers, scientists, social workers and artists, on both a theoretical and practical level. (www.teh.net)
