Aishwarya Rai Bachchan Makes Grand Entry At Cannes 2013

While a few Indian actors like Amitabh Bachchan, Sonam Kapoor and Mallika Sherawat to name a few, had already marked their presence at this year's Cannes Film Festival, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's red carpet appearance was certainly one of the most anticipated one.
For her first appearance at the Festival de Cannes 2013 red carpet, the former beauty queen chose to wear an Elie Saab Spring 2013 Couture gown. The lace gown was a smart pick as it not only accentuated her assets but also camouflaged her problem areas. She kept her tresses loose and got her make-up right as well. Gold jewels and a black clutch finished her look.
For the celebration of 100 years of Indian Cinema, Aishwarya opted for a Sabyasachi couture lehanga-sari. The light-eyed actress gave the traditional attire a European twist by adding a hairband. Can't say that the look thrilled us much, as it made her look a little matronly. The Bachchan bahu has done well till now, hope she continues with her successful run.
