Sindh govt spokesman's reaction over Rangers' raids in Karachi

KARACHI: Adviser to the Sindh Chief Minister on Information Maula Bux Chandio on Friday expressed reservations over raids carried out by paramilitary troops in Karachi hours before Asif Ali Zardari returned to Pakistan.
“The raids give an impression that they were carried out as part of political vendetta,” said Chandio while talking to media.
He said that the Sindh government should have been taken into confidence before conducting the raids.
