Alia Bhatt: 'I would rather be stupid than pretend to be intelligent'

By saying that Prithviraj Chavan is the Prime Minister of India on national television, Alia Bhatt got herself a direct entry into Bollywood's Bimbette Brigade and ever since netizens have been going crazy cracking jokes about her poor general knowledge. However, it seems the Highway star is taking all the jokes in her stride and is unfazed by the criticism coming her way. At a recent event, when she was asked to react on the jokes, she said, "Those jokes are hilarious and I'm the first person to laugh at myself but I always say that I would rather be stupid than pretend to be intelligent." Well said Alia, now how about investing in some general knowledge books.
