Anoop Nautiyal to contest Uttarakhand polls on governance issue

Social activist Anoop Nautiyal has decided to contest Uttarakhand Elections 2016 as an independent candidate from Dehradun Cantt. He feels that people in the regions will elect him as they are looking for a change. Anoop Nautiyal is hopeful that if elected he will be able to project Dehradun as an example.
