Truck driver in Berlin market crash arrested, ISIS claims responsibility

The suspect who drove a truck that plowed into a crowded Christmas market in Berlin, Germany, Monday was arrested by police. Local police apprehended the driver in an ongoing operation. The passenger of the vehicle is dead. Nine people have been confirmed dead and at least 50 were injured after a truck ran into a Christmas market Monday evening in what police characterized as a "severe incident." It was then reported by the New York Post that the Iraqi Popular Mobilization Force took responsibility for the attack on Twitter.
