In this episode, Lightning McQueen loses his nerve, Doc comes back to life in Lightning McQueen's mind, Lightning is in the Cars Insane Asylum The CIA ,in Italy because he keeps seeing Doc who actually dies in Cars 2. All the Cars got to Italy with Siddley the Spy Jet to see Lightning McQueen in the Asylum with the Lemons from Cars 2...such as Professor Zee and Miles Axlerod.
The Pope tells them that Lightning McQueen can go home the next day so they all go back home...and something crazy happens !! The whole town ends up in the CIA Cars Insane Asylum !!
