New Snapchat Groups feature lets 16 friends chat at once

Snapchat has added some new features, including Groups, a new group chat that lets up to 16 friends share conversation and media. Snap says you'll be able to create group chats either when sending a new Snap or starting a new chat. You can also tap onto your friends' names at the bottom of the screen to hop into one-on-one chats. In addition to the new Chats feature, Snapchat is also getting two new editing tools. The first is called Scissors and allows you to cut out part of a Snap on the preview screen and turn it into a sticker. Paintbrush, meanwhile, lets you draw on snaps in the Memories section.
